Woahh! Its happening! Big Sir Games is announcing their first game, Cosmo’s Quickstop! It is a 3d action time-management game focused on bright and silly art, where the player is in charge of running a space gas station.
We are starting this dev blog to help share our experiences making this game. The team consists of three artists and so our strengths and weakness are very different then a lot of other studios. We will share what we know, what we are learning, and what we have no freaking clue about. The plan is to have 3 blogs a month, one by each of our current team members. The first real blog post should be coming relatively soon and be chock full of all sorts of great insight, pictures, and maybe even a couple of failures!
As to right now, I can give you a couple of tidbits to hold you over. Our team has been working hard on this game since early October 2016 and we are all super excited to start talking about it. The base score attack version of the game is close to being in a very good spot, with the main thing left for us to keep tweaking the tutorial until it is just right. I guess it is kinda important for people to know HOW to play your game, or something like that. We are starting to bring Cosmo’s to a bunch of festivals (first stop, next week at Indy PopCon) so hopefully you will be able to play it soon!
